Mike Tollerfield

Mike is an enthusiastic trainer who has a passion for health and fitness. He loves exercise and having once managed an award winning cafe he has a particular interest in healthy eating and diet. He loves running and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.
After being extremely active in his youth, a serious knee injury sustained while playing rugby left Mike unable to train for a number of years and becoming increasingly out of condition. After 2 operations and rehabilitation he started back on the road to fitness. Starting again he began to build up his training and started to pay particular attention to what he ate, losing 14kg (31lbs) in the process. At this point he decided to quit his business and retrain as a personal trainer.
Mike says "Training has to be hard for it to be effective, but there is no reason why it can't be fun as well. For me, the benefits of training are more than the merely physical. Exercise undoubtedly makes for happier, more confident and less stressed people."
Danny Waddy
Danny is currently the head trainer of Sale Strength & Fitness and is working to become an accredited strength and conditioning coach with the UKSCA. Danny does work with the Sale Sharks strength and conditioning teams as this is where his main passion lies as Danny's dream job is to be a rugby player but also to be Strength and conditioning coach. His experience he has from working closely with the Sharks has showed him great training methods which he can transfer in to the boot camp and get you the results you want.
Danny plays rugby for Sale as well and has played at a high level since he was seventeen. He knows what it like to have train hard to get the results and hit the goals you set "training can be hard but not making the effort makes it harder, train hard and results will follow, keep motivated and keep a strong mind set and you will reach your goal" "KIA KAHA"
